Following some concern from residents of Paddock's Way about the seeding of the grass area in front of these houses to form a wildlife meadow, West Suffolk Council and the Wildlife Friendly Chedburgh project have made a compromise of reducing the size by 1m in width. They will assess and reassess as the season progresses, based on feedback from residents.
Please remember, it is not a permanent feature and will all be cut and taken back down to normal grass level again sometime during dry weather in August, until the following Spring.
